“ … Here is another one. A change in what Human nature will allow for government. "Careful, Kryon, don't talk about politics. You'll get in trouble." I won't get in trouble. I'm going to tell you to watch for leadership that cares about you. "You mean politics is going to change?" It already has. It's beginning. Watch for it. You're going to see a total phase-out of old energy dictatorships eventually. The potential is that you're going to see that before 2013.

They're going to fall over, you know, because the energy of the population will not sustain an old energy leader ..."

Judicial Commission received over 7,000 reports from public

Antara News, Saturday, May 8, 2010 02:55 WIB | National

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Judicial Commission (KY) has so far received 7,450 reports from the public on suspicious prosecution processes with indications of unlawful dealings, KY Head M Busyro Muqoddas said.

"We have received 7,450 reports from the public in 33 provinces," the KY chief told a seminar on law enforcement in Indonesia here on Friday.

Busyro also said the number of reports from the public did not show a downward trend but continued to increase from year to year.

For this purpose, he said, KY should be given more authority based on stipulations contained in the 1945 Constitution.

"KY is different from other state institutions because its existence is sanctioned by the Constitution so that its position is equal to other higher state organs such as the State Audit Board (BPK)," he said.

The YK chief also explained that when the commission was just established it mapped out the force of judges in the country and took stock of various problems that had occurred with regard to the judicial process.

As a follow up of its initial steps, he said, the YK had submitted a proposal which among others asked the Supreme Court to restructure its judges. The proposal was however rejected.
