“ … Here is another one. A change in what Human nature will allow for government. "Careful, Kryon, don't talk about politics. You'll get in trouble." I won't get in trouble. I'm going to tell you to watch for leadership that cares about you. "You mean politics is going to change?" It already has. It's beginning. Watch for it. You're going to see a total phase-out of old energy dictatorships eventually. The potential is that you're going to see that before 2013.

They're going to fall over, you know, because the energy of the population will not sustain an old energy leader ..."

President: good public services may boost economic growth

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has said good public services may boost the country`s economic growth.

Speaking at a function marking the conferment of prime service awards at the State Palace here late Friday, President Yudhoyono said the economy would grow significantly if the bureaucracy was able to provide public services in a good and transparent way.

"The economy grew by around 6 percent in the past seven quarters. The economic growth can be boosted by good public services. If good bureaucracy has been formed, I believe the economic growth will increase further," he said.

Therefore, he called on all sides to take part in creating good public services.

"In addition, good public services will also help common people get access to cheap, good and transparent services," he said.

The head of state further asked state apparatuses to make self improvements and abandon the paradigm of being served.

"Stay away from the paradigm of being served. Instead, you must serve the public well," he said.

On the occasion, the president conferred prime service awards on representatives of 80 public service units.

The president also presented tokens of appreciation to 11 chiefs of government agencies for their services in taking the lead in innovating prime services.
