The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested on Tuesday DL Sitorus after declaring him a suspect for allegedly bribing a State Administrative Court (PTUN) judge.
In April, DL Sitorus lawyer Adner Sirait was caught red handed to have bribed judge Ibrahim as part of efforts to help Sitorus win his land dispute at Ibrahim's court, kompas.com.
Sitorus, the owner of PT Sabar Ganda, was detained in the National Police detention center.
Sitorus refused to comment on his arrest.
