March 19 (Bloomberg) -- Indonesia could become the Brazil of Southeast Asian stock markets as it is the “best of India and China combined,” said Mark Matthews, a strategist at Maquarie Capital Securities in Hong Kong in an interview with Bloomberg Television.
Matthews likes Indonesian property stocks such as PT Alam Sutera Realty and PT Bumi Serpong Damai. He also likes Thai stocks, saying investors have become more immune to political protests.
