President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono received President Prathiba Devisingh Patil at the State Palace on Monday, as part of the Indian leader's six-day official visit to Indonesia.
Both presidents are scheduled to witness the signing of memorandums of understanding between ministers from both countries to mark cooperative initiatives in sport and youth affairs, agriculture and gas exploration.
President Patil, who arrived in the country Friday, is also scheduled to meet with House of Representatives Speaker Agung Laksono, People's Consultative Assembly Speaker Hidayat Nur Wahid and Chair of the Regional Representatives Council Ginandjar Kartasasmita, the Antara news agency reported.
